Now taking applications for the 2012 Worstead Food and Produce Marquee and for catering concessions
We are now taking applications for catering concessions for the 2012 Festival. As we are 'The Best of Norfolk Food' we want applicants to be of the highest quality and products, wherever possible, to be locally and ethically sourced. We also welcome applications for food and produce suppliers in the Food Marquee. The marquee is bigger and better than last year and we already have chefs lined up to demonstrate their skills this year. Roger Hickman of Hickman's, Norwich, Sam Bryant of Strattons Hotel, Swaffham, Steve Norgate of The Beechwood, North Walsham and Andy Snowling from The Hunny Bell (doing puddings!!)are joining us again this year (they had such a good time last year!) joined by Madhu Choudry who now has her own cookery school. If you have really good products or produce and want to join us or even give a demonstration please ask for an application pack. Lorraine at food@worsteadfestival.org
