Home Run Hounds Greyhound Charity (charity No. 1209071)offers a full Greyhound homing service for both seasoned and new Greyhound owners.

Operating from 6 sites, we are passionate about finding the right homes for ex-racing Greyhounds. Our Homing Centres that do not discriminate on age and will consider all homing opportunities for both the adopter and hounds in our care.

Help adults of all genders who are experiencing loneliness and/or anxiety. We support people’s mental health with sound advice from the experiences of our members, as well as getting our members involved with various community projects such as woodwork and crafting.

For over 90 years, the RAF Association has championed a simple belief – that no member of the RAF community should ever be left without the help that they need.

Not since WWII has the RAF been so constantly deployed on global operations – and across the generations, the need for support is becoming ever more complex. Demand for our services is therefore increasing significantly.

For the sake of everyone who needs our help, we must continue to evolve and innovate to meet these new challenges and remain at the leading edge of service provision.

We are a small self funded rescue based in the Great Yarmouth area, whose primary aim is to rescue and rehabilitate animals in need.

We do not currently rescue dogs.

Norfolk Search and Rescue is a Lowland Rescue team, that fills the gap between Mountain Rescue Teams and HM Coast Guard.

Formed in 1999, our Search Technicians offer the Police and Emergency Services a specially trained team, to assist with the search for vulnerable missing persons throughout Norfolk.

National Coastwatch (NCI) watchkeepers provide eyes and ears along the coast, keeping watch and monitoring radio channels to provide a listening watch in poor visibility. When people find themselves in trouble, we are there to alert HM Coastguard and direct the appropriate emergency and rescue services to the casualty.

With the help of our supporters, we create, maintain, and protect habitats which nurture a thriving variety of wildlife, including some of Norfolk's rarest species. We are dedicated to inspiring more people to connect with and take action for nature; through visiting our nature reserves, volunteering, or joining us as a member. 

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Fantastic outdoor learning at Forest School, learning through play, multi sports and yoga, music and movement.

The 9 mile long waterway is Norfolk’s only locked wherry sailing canal and was opened in 1826.  Wherries would sail its length transporting cargo to and from the mills and communities along its route.

The Canal’s decline began with the arrival of the railway and over the following decades became choked with vegetation. By 2001 volunteers from the East Anglian Waterways Association (EAWA) were launched, and we now have regular working parties to rescue the Canal. The EAWA’s success led to the formation of the Canal Trust in January of 2008.

Founded in 1999, the Friends Of Worstead School has been working hard with the help of our members and volunteers to help enrich the school experience for the children. Our work is dedicated to organising fun activities and fundraising to support school trips and novel experiences not normally covered by school funds. 

We are the UK’s only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer. We're here to help, however you are affected. 

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
