After making your booking, the festival’s Marketing will need high quality photos and videos of your business to be able to promote your attendance. 

Please make sure these get sent to us as soon as possible.

Securing a pitch for Norfolk’s biggest village festival in

3 easy steps

  1. Select the most appropriate category that fits your stall.

  2. Using the dropdown menu below, select an available pitch number and ‘Add to Cart’.

  3. Complete the form that pops up, submit and proceed to the cart found at the top of the page, and then make your payment.

Your pitch will only be secured once you have completed the application form AND made your payment. 

You must also complete the stallholders agreement and send it back to us to confirm your pitch.

If we do not have one or all of your application form, payment and stallholders agreement, your pitch is unconfirmed.

Crafts, sweet treats and other

The trading stalls are split into categories to restrict the number of certain sellers, reducing competition and also so customers are not overwhelmed with too many businesses selling similar products. First come, first served for applications.

  • Pitch size: 4m x 4m for your 3m x 3m gazebo (stallholders must provide their own gazebo, table(s) and any other equipment they require)

  • Price: £150 for the weekend - no single day slots

  • All pitches are Saturday and Sunday

  • Booking via the website only

  • We reserve the right to change the set-up or sales if necessary.

  4. Concessions Street Food Pitch (offering hot/cold soft drinks, ice cream, crepes, donuts etc)

  5. Professional/Renowned Chef Demonstration - 1 hour on stage

These spaces are strictly controlled to make sure there are not duplicates of vendors/exhibitors etc, as we want the best experience and value for all our attractions and pitches.
