Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July 2026 (the running event is on the Friday 24th evening which starts the celebrations)

Customer hours: 10am - 8pm on Saturday and 10am - 6pm on Sunday
Traders: set up from 7:30am - 9:00am and finish trading at 6pm, but subject to review at 5pm for both days

After making your booking, the festival’s Marketing will need high quality photos and videos of your business to be able to promote your attendance.

Complete the form that pops up, submit and proceed to the cart found at the top of the page, and then make your payment.
Your pitch will only be secured once you have completed this online application AND made your payment.
If we do not have both your application form and payment your pitch is unconfirmed.
Helpful information
The festival is run entirely by volunteers, so there may be a delay in getting back to you on email.
The Arts and Crafts pitches around the site are managed by our Stalls Manager.

Crafts, sweet treats and other
The trading stalls are split into categories to restrict the number of certain sellers, reducing competition and also so customers are not overwhelmed with too many businesses selling similar products. First come, first served for applications.
Pitch size: 4m x 4m for your 3m x 3m gazebo (stallholders must provide their own gazebo, table(s) and any other equipment they require)
£150 for the weekend - no single day slots
All pitches are Saturday and Sunday

We reserve the right to change the set-up or sales if necessary
Unfortunately there is no electric available on the festival site for stalls and generators are NOT permitted.
